Here is Our Story...

Once upon a time, there was a busy Telco professional trying to build his dream house.

Every day he would come up with newer & innovative ideas to make the home aesthetically rich, practically cosy and comfortable but every passing year would bring a newer challenge. It was difficult to keep pace with the daily changing requirements but this guy would not give-up and will come up with something newer every time ………….

In this pursuit the idea of sharing experience and expertise gathered our years turned it into a consultancy team of like-minded people.

They asked themselves, “How can we make all homes engaging & impactful?”

Because of that they started off on a journey to explore many unconventional methods of Home Automation & appropriate utilisation of available resources.

Until finally they realised that the route to build an impactful house is only through passion to learn newer things and keep pace with the ever changing technology.

On the way they met many other believers. This became the ROOHKI family.

We are a bunch of people who are obsessed about delivering best in the industry that truly makes a difference!

Ideas and inspirations for modern houses got the team stitched together.

Nearly all of us secretly harbour a dream of building a home for ourselves. Some of us may buy an old structure and renovate it into a style suited for modern time. Others invest in a plot to build from a scratch.

Every era has its own distinctive style that reflects in art, architecture and design. A variety of reasons, including changing socio-economic conditions, can be identified behind this unceasing evolution in tastes and design.
